About the Position

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in the community, engaging directly with homeowners and showcasing the value of our services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads by canvassing neighborhoods and promoting our gutter and gutter guard services.
  • Educating homeowners about the importance of gutters in protecting their homes.
  • Scheduling free in-home consultations and supporting the sales process.
  • Representing our award-winning brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity.
This role is performance-based with uncapped commission, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your success. With weekly sales training sessions, ongoing support, and career advancement opportunities, this role is perfect for those who are motivated to grow, learn, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Required: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Required: Self-motivated, reliable work ethic with a drive to succeed.
  • Required: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
  • Required: Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
  • Preferred: Track record of meeting sales targets and generating leads.
  • Preferred: Experience in door-to-door sales or direct customer engagement.
