Shop Supervisor – The Brothers that just do Gutters

Are you a hands-on leader with experience in exterior construction? At The Brothers that just do Gutters, you can grow your career with our Skills Ladder program, which clearly defines your path, expectations, and pay raises.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily shop operations.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment for field crews.
  • Stage and deliver supplies to crews for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.
  • Promote a positive team culture and support company objectives.
What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in exterior construction (gutter experience a plus).
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Leadership mindset and team-first approach.
  • Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company.
  • OSHA and ladder safety training preferred.
  • Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
Compensation:

  • $18–$22/hour | 20–30 hours/week.
